Terms of Service

Haul Network ("Haul", "we", "us") operates an online platform that connects customers requesting junk removal with independent haulers who perform the pickup and disposal. By booking a job through our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You agree to provide accurate information about the items to be hauled, the pickup address, and access conditions. You must ensure items are accessible at the scheduled time, that you have the right to dispose of them, and that no prohibited items are included.

Quoted prices are estimates based on the information and photos you provide. The final price may differ if the actual load size, weight, or composition materially differs from what was selected at booking.

At booking, you authorize a temporary hold on your payment method for the estimated total. You are not charged at booking. The final charge is processed after the job is completed.

If the actual load size materially differs from the booking selection, the final amount may be adjusted up or down within reasonable limits and you will be notified of the final amount charged.

You may cancel or reschedule a booking before a hauler is dispatched at no charge. Same-day cancellations after dispatch may be subject to a service fee to compensate for travel and reserved capacity.

Customers who voluntarily opt in to SMS communications may receive transactional text messages related to their booking. SMS consent is optional and is separate from your acceptance of these Terms — booking is fully available without it.

Opted-in customers may receive messages such as:

• Booking confirmations
• Scheduling updates
• Hauler assignment notifications
• En route notifications
• Job completion updates
• Payment confirmations
• Customer support

Haulers who voluntarily opt in during onboarding may receive operational text messages from Haul. SMS consent is optional, collected through a separate unchecked checkbox located directly below the phone number field, and is entirely separate from acceptance of these Terms or the Independent Contractor Agreement.

Opted-in haulers may receive messages such as:

• Job opportunities
• Dispatch notifications
• Schedule updates
• Payment notifications
• Account communications

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
• Reply HELP for assistance.

Haulers who do not opt in still receive all operational notifications by email and may complete onboarding without opting in.

Haulers may inspect the load on arrival. If the volume, weight, or content significantly differs from the selected load size, pricing may be adjusted to reflect actual disposal cost. Customers are notified of any adjustment before the final charge.

The following items may not be booked through the platform:

• Hazardous waste
• Industrial or household chemicals
• Paint, solvents, and oils
• Biohazards and medical waste
• Explosives, ammunition, and flammables
• Illegal materials of any kind

This platform reserves the right to refuse service for any load containing prohibited items or otherwise outside the scope of standard junk removal.

Haul Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.

Service is currently offered in Bakersfield, California and surrounding ZIP codes. Coverage areas may change. We reserve the right to decline jobs outside our service area or capacity.

All content, branding, and software on this platform are the property of Haul Network. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute platform content without permission.
